Aloha! My name is Lauren and I am a licensed massage therapist. I do in-home visits. Over the past 3 1/2 years as a license professional, I have found that nobody is more comfortable and relaxed than in their own home. This being said, when the client is relaxed, I can do my best work. Plus, we all know Massage brain is a very real experience. I would hate for anyone on my table to leave and have to drive because accidents do happen. I have found with home visits, the client has the time, comfortability, and space to rest after the massage. Not having to worry about driving or going anywhere. This way the massage can in an essence soak in and have the most adequate longevity. I am also certified in MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage). Your Lymphatic system is the body's immune defense. This system does all the hard work of returning excess fluids release into the interstitial spaces of your tissues by the circulatory system. Filtering and detoxing all of the fluid and returning it back to the circulatory system. The lymphatic system is the most forgotten and unappreciated system in the body and I'm here to tell you it is AMAZING an highly important!
